I hope to get this resolved to day for you. Please let me know if you would like returned to you or proceed with restocking. It’s just the way their computer system saves notes and memos. THEY MAY NOT HAVE INSTALLED THE PART BUT THEY DID OPEN THE BOX FOR SURE. “ I CHECKED AGAIN AND THE PARTS ARE STILL NOT THERE. Here is the updated information from the Bully Dog return department Since you want to throw texts and email out there, let's do it the right way. I was also originally told by Richard that BullyDog was waiving the restocking fee and I can provide that email as well. Why are you guys playing dumb and acting like you didn't know the package was opened? How else would someone know a product that you said would do something wouldn't do what it was supposed to. I had planned on keeping the tuner when I initially bought it due to the claims that YOU GUYS made about the product. The little envelope that the card comes in is glued shut. I told you from day ONE that it didn't do what you guys said it would do, so I wanted to return it. I never once said I want to return it and then changed my mind and wanted to keep it, etc. Shouldn't they be the ones that are dealing with the restocking fee? Now they want a 15% restocking fee or they will ship the unit back to me. Then today I get notice that the have found that the package was opened (no shit, opened? really? How else does one find out your shit doesn't do what it claimed to do?). They initially replied back that once those two items were returned, they would issue the refund. First they "accuse" me of losing/using the spade tap and spade connector (which I NEVER did). The bad thing is, the story has changed a few times now. I assume they are dealing with BullyDog customer service. This is just totally pissing me off right now. I bought the thing from you so you guys need to straighten out your returns department! Where has all the good customer service gone? I told them I am an active member on this forum as well as a retired Army soldier and would have no problem blasting their shitty customer service on this forum as well as to every person I have contact with from being in the military. Once again, I told them that whoever is in charge of making things right, needs to take care of this. No shit? Really? The package has been opened? How the hell else would I know that this tuner would not do what THEY advertised it would do? Long story short, they want to charge me a 15% restocking fee AFTER I have already paid to mail it back to them. They also said the return department said it is evident that the package has been opened as shown by the tamper proof tape. They still maintain that they cannot find the fuse tap and fuse spade. Do it understand there is boost in the manifold and not trying to reach lambda 1 (14.7) all the time? That's the Unichips lack, seems that it's only cheating the fuel in closed loop but ECU will still attempt to go back to 14.7 at least below 3000 rpm. So, some of you have driven few weeks with Magnuson Supercharger with Bully Dog tune file.
